Founding Story
NAPA was founded from firsthand experience in flight training and the recognition that early aviation can feel isolating, especially without a strong sense of community.
Like many student pilots, the founder saw how valuable shared experience, mentorship, and open conversation can be during training. Small moments of guidance and connection often make a meaningful difference, yet those spaces don’t always exist in an accessible way.
NAPA began with a simple idea: to create a welcoming, professional community where student pilots and instructors can connect, learn from one another, and support the foundation of aviation together.
What started as a small initiative is intended to grow alongside the pilots it serves — rooted in general aviation and focused on people first.
